Short version: the pages you read here keep almost nothing about you. The booking form is where your details go, and it has its own privacy notice.
Who is responsible
The company named on the company details page is responsible for the personal information this site handles.
Reading the pages
There's nothing to sign up for here and no cookies are set by these pages. The servers that host the site log routine technical details, such as the time of a visit and the page asked for, to keep it running and stop abuse. Visitor numbers are counted without identifying anyone.
When you book
The form on the booking page collects your addresses, your name and contact details, and your card payment. That information is handled under the privacy notice shown with the form, and those details aren't stored on this website.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected], we keep your email for as long as we need it to deal with your question or your booking. We don't use it for marketing and don't add you to a list.
Sites we link to
The guides link to the Humber Bridge, the University of Hull and Hull City Council. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us to do any of those. If you're unhappy with how we've dealt with it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
